Introduction
The Passport Factory LLC, hereinafter The Passport Factory, is dedicated to facilitating international mobility, financial freedom, and asset protection for high-profile individuals and their families through specialized services in obtaining passports, residencies, company and trust formation, optimized banking solutions, and access to exclusive investment networks.
By using our services, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions and Policies, including privacy and cookie policies. We recommend you read them carefully and keep a copy.

**Scope and limitation:** The Passport Factory acts solely as an advisor and intermediary facilitating procedures and services; it does not guarantee approval, success, or results in obtaining passports, residencies, authorizations, or investments. Such results depend exclusively on government entities, financial institutions, or third parties involved, over whom we have no control or responsibility.
2. Currencies and Payment Methods
We accept payments in U.S. dollars (USD), euros (EUR), British pounds (GBP), and major cryptocurrencies. Payment instructions will be provided upon contracting the service. Payments and currency conversions are subject to banking fees or commissions, which we do not cover.
3. Compliance Policy, Cancellations, and Refunds
– **Nature of the service:** No physical products are delivered. Delivery times depend on each procedure or service requested and will be clearly communicated before contracting.
– **Modifications and cancellations:** Once the process has begun (e.g., submission of documents to third parties or authorities), cancellations or modifications that generate refunds are not accepted.
– **Refunds:** Refund requests will only be considered if submitted within the first 24 hours after payment and if exclusively attributable to errors by The Passport Factory.
– **Returns:** As these are intangible services, returns or claims after service delivery are not accepted.
– **Client responsibility:** The client is responsible for providing true, complete, and legal information and documents. Any consequences resulting from false or incomplete information will be solely the client’s responsibility, including losses or penalties.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
At The Passport Factory, we value and protect your privacy in accordance with applicable regulations.
– **Information collected:** Personal data (name, contact, financial information, legal documents); and non-personal technical data (IP address, browser, web activity).
– **Use of information:** To provide a personalized experience, process payments, fulfill contracted services, send notifications, and improve our offerings.

The Passport Factory shall not be liable under any circumstances for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, or any economic or other damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We also do not assume responsibility for actions, errors, delays, denials, or failures attributable to third parties, authorities, governmental entities, or providers, nor for information provided by the client.
The maximum liability of The Passport Factory, if any, is limited to the actual amount paid by the client for the contracted service.
9. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
The parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply.
If any clause is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in force.
